We honor all manufacturer’s warranty policies when it comes to rims, spokes, and nipples.

Our wheel builds are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from date of purchase. Warranty is valid to original owner only and non-transferrable. See details below:

-MFG. Warranty: Onyx will facilitate warranty request to manufacturer. It is up to manufacturer to approve or deny the warranty request. Onyx is not responsible for color, graphic, or rim design changes provided by manufacturers.

-Labor: Onyx will cover labor costs of tear down and rebuild to warranty rim(s) approved by manufacturers. (i.e., Rebuild and truing)

-Non-warranty/Crash replacement: In the event of damage or crashing on your wheel not covered under warranty, Onyx will offer replacement rim at 25% off retail price. Applicable to non-usable product only, normal wear and tear not covered under crash replacement. Crash replacements subject to labor/spoke/nipple costs.

-Shipping: Customer is responsible for all shipping/packaging to and from Onyx.

Decline of Build Policy

Onyx reserves the right to decline build of any wheel that we believe is unsafe or goes against manufacturer specifications (i.e., radial lacing).

Image Accuracy Policy

Onyx is not responsible for changes to design or color by manufacturers. We do our best to provide current images of rims and other products but are sometimes not informed of manufacturer changes. No refunds will be issued in case of manufacturer product changes.
